Filter technology & cooling lubricant systems
Our filter technology for cooling lubricant systems ensures reliable purity and stable processes – regardless of whether mineral or synthetic oils, emulsions, test media, or cleaning fluids are used. Depending on the requirements, different filtration principles are used, such as precoat, pressure, or vacuum processes, belt and cartridge filters, and modern membrane and backflush systems.
Special solutions are also part of our everyday work: from energy and efficiency tests to the integration of remanufactured components and the planning and acceptance of systems for highly flammable media. Even processes with extremely high purity requirements – such as high-pressure grinding processes, test benches, or final assembly washing systems – are reliably covered.
Painting & Surface Technology
In the field of painting and surface technology, we develop comprehensive concepts for efficient, high-quality coating processes. From the evaluation of different strategies to environmental and economic analyses and technological feasibility studies, we accompany you every step of the way, from the initial idea to a stable series production process. This includes error analyses, quality definitions, and the evaluation of new coating technologies, as well as support in approval and testing processes.
At the same time, we plan the necessary plant technology – from pretreatment and washing technology to application and supply systems, drying, conveyor technology, and dry separation. Adjacent systems such as rinse water and wastewater treatment are also integrated to create a smooth, sustainable, and technically mature overall process.
Supply & Disposal Systems
Our supply and disposal systems ensure reliable, safe, and efficient media supply in industrial production environments. This includes customized solutions for tank and chemical storage, receiving and filling areas, as well as pumping and transfer stations. Liquid and gaseous process media are supplied as required – including pure and ultrapure water treatment, filtration, flushing technology, and resource-saving recirculation systems.
For disposal, we take care of the planning and integration of suitable systems for the treatment, conveyance, and temporary storage of industrial sludge and sewage sludge. Modern applications such as the supply of fuel cell and electrolysis test benches or the safe provision of hydrogen are also fully taken into account. This results in solutions that optimally support your production and meet environmental and safety requirements in the long term.
Explosion Protection & Electrostatics
In the field of explosion protection and electrostatics, we develop safe plant concepts for the entire hazardous area – from basic analysis and zone classification to technical planning in accordance with ATEX and other applicable guidelines. Safety considerations, electrical and MSR technology, and monitoring of implementation are just as much a part of this as the integration of the necessary process and plant technology.
In addition, we prepare complete explosion protection documents in accordance with the Hazardous Substances Ordinance. This includes recording the existing situation, well-founded risk assessments, protective measures for people and systems, air and flow measurements, and evaluations of ignition and explosion limits. Fire protection aspects and technical support for concepts and expert reports are also taken into account.
