A-D-W GbR, an engineering firm specializing in environmental protection and industrial wastewater technology, was founded by Werner Austermann, Peter Denz, and Werner Walz. Within a few years, the company developed into a sought-after service provider and grew to 17 employees.
As part of succession planning and to expand the scope of activities, new shareholders joined the company. At the same time, the company was converted into a limited liability company (GmbH) and has since operated under the name A-D-W GmbH – Engineering consultancy environmental, filter, and painting technology as well as supply and disposal systems.
The business premises at the Fellbach site underwent extensive expansion and modernization.
The integration of Fred Luderer Consulting into A-D-W GmbH, which has been ongoing since October 2012, has been completed. This marks the complete integration of the areas of explosion protection, electrostatics, and plant testing in accordance with the Industrial Safety Regulation into the company.
Peter Denz is leaving the company as an operating partner.
