Support for the children's charity ChildFund
ChildFund is an international children's aid organization that works worldwide to support disadvantaged children and their families. Its goal is to give children in need access to education, medical care, clean water, and a safe environment. ChildFund works closely with local partners to bring about sustainable change in communities and promote better living conditions in the long term.
In 2024, A-D-W GmbH supported the work of ChildFund with a donation of €1,500. With this contribution, the company is helping to ensure that children and families in difficult life situations receive targeted assistance and opportunities for a better future. This commitment underscores A-D-W GmbH's social responsibility and its efforts to make a positive contribution to society beyond its business success.
Fundraiser with artist Wilhelm Betz
In spring 2021, the Renitenztheater Stuttgart was closed due to the coronavirus pandemic. The artists and staff eagerly awaited the opening, the audience, and the applause. With the support of the Renitenztheater, artist Wilhelm Betz was able to take intimate portraits of the artists from the Swabian capital. The theater was empty, and one after another, the artists who normally perform here sat down in seat 11, row 3.
At an exhibition opening at Café Sindelfingen, Rainer Neumann (managing director of A-D-W GmbH) saw this picture and decided to purchase it for the A-D-W offices. A-D-W GmbH spontaneously decided to join Wilhelm Betz in supporting the Renitenztheater's fundraising campaign for the delivery of medicines to Ukraine through the aid organization "action medeor." Together, they donated €750 to the "Pharmacy of the World."
